I’m a cross-functional business & product operations professional who brings structure to ambiguous environments by turning executive priorities into workflows, documentation, research, and clear next steps. I’ve worked across distributed, U.S.-based technology startups while using AI tools to accelerate analysis, QA, troubleshooting, and decision support.

In my current role as a Product & Operations Manager, I coordinate cross-functional execution across product, customer operations, recruiting, marketing, and CRM—ensuring teams move with alignment and accountability. I analyze Intercom support data with AI to identify recurring issues, product gaps, friction points, and improvement opportunities, and I support product development and QA by investigating listing-data issues, refund patterns, product bugs, and customer experience problems.

I also bring investor-facing and reporting depth from my ESG/investor relations work, where I organized ESG and sustainability communications and translated complex information into clear materials for targets, presentations, and external disclosures using frameworks like GRI, RobecoSAM, CDP, and TCFD. Across roles, my focus stays the same: improve processes, sharpen customer insights, and make operational information actionable for the teams that need it.
