What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative environment that values innovation and offers growth opportunities.

I work at the intersection of operations, data, and AI, building systems that make processes scalable and teams less dependent on manual work.

My starting point is identifying what's running on habit, and structuring what has no structure. I do this by implementing systems, using AI, or applying small adjustments to planning and execution. I've reduced processes from months to weeks, and from hours to minutes, eliminating waste and rework.

I currently coordinate 15+ contractors, with SLA above 85% across ~2,000 monthly requests. I build the reports that give decision-makers real visibility, and design corrective action plans.
