I’m a fitness professional with deep coaching experience and a track record of leading studios end-to-end. I’ve built my career around training clients one on one, coaching classes, and strengthening the way teams deliver performance in every session.
As a Head Trainer, Studio Manager, and later Studio Manager/Head Trainer, I focused on growth, accountability, and execution. I handle sales and pre-sale, build a membership base, run KPI meetings, and coach trainers to NYSC and F45 standards—while also leading scheduling, payroll, and day-to-day studio operations.
Now as an Owner and operator, I bring the same hands-on coaching mindset with business ownership responsibilities. I run Mindbody, drive marketing through media and Instagram, onboard new trainers, and operate the studio from top to bottom, including weekly CEO/founder KPI check-ins and ongoing team development.
