I have gained over 1.7 years of hands-on experience as an IT Support Analyst, specializing in customer support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. Following a planned personal career break of nearly a year, I am now returning to the corporate world with a strong interest in Human Resources and Administration.

During my tenure at Deloitte, I was recognized with a Spot Award for delivering exceptional end-user support, successfully configuring over 300+ systems under different projects, and ensuring timely service delivery.
