At EXL Services I supported a health care campaign from 2023–2025, delivering timely resolutions across multiple channels. Previously at Amazon I acted as a Sales Advisor (2020–2022), where I promoted products and met sales and retention targets through consultative service.

Earlier at Capita SA (2014–2019) I handled calls, emails and chats for aviation customers, assisting with insurance queries and policy updates while focusing on first-contact resolution. My work has emphasized active listening, adaptability and attention to detail.
