What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a recruiter/onboarding role where I can own end-to-end hiring and credentialing, use CRM reporting to improve efficiency, and partner closely with HR and hiring teams to deliver a smooth, data-driven candidate experience.

I’m a recruiter and onboarding specialist with 4+ years’ experience in Recruitment/HR and 3+ years focused on onboarding and credentialing new hires and vendors. I facilitate background checks, manage onboarding status tracking/reporting, ship equipment, and send/audit Adobe forms to keep processes accurate and on time.

In my current role as a Vendor Recruiter/Onboarding Specialist, I administer and audit onboarding process/forms (including W9, MSA, Pricing/Diversity Agreements) and lead vendors through a 30–60 day training and credentialing period. I also oversee screening, application, and onboarding across nationwide coverage areas, troubleshoot system and in-field issues, and track productivity expectations using daily reporting and pivot tables.

Previously, I worked as a National Recruiter for Allied Health Professionals, where I proactively sourced, screened, and interviewed candidates, coordinated multi-party scheduling, and supported clinicians to maintain retention and build future pipelines. Earlier experience includes full life cycle recruiting for finance/accounting and professional services through Kforce—handling sourcing, interviewing, placement, offer/reference steps, redeployment of consultants, and presenting formal reports to market leaders—plus prior customer-facing sales experience that strengthened my communication and service mindset.
