I'm looking to lead talent acquisition and HR operations work that improves hiring efficiency, employee engagement, candidate experience, and scalable people processes.

I've led HR operations for 100+ employees at MCE Corporation, improving recruiting efficiency, standardizing job descriptions, and moving paper onboarding into UKG. I also fully staffed the company's largest contract for the first time in 10 years.

Previously, I grew from Recruiting Coordinator to Recruiting Operations Lead at Syapse, where I improved ATS processes, achieved 80%+ offer acceptance, and built the company's first DEI program.
