I am an IT leader with a strong record of supervising technical teams and delivering reliable infrastructure solutions across public-sector organizations. I combine operational discipline with curiosity and creativity to implement appropriate technologies that drive efficiency and compliance.

In hands-on roles I have designed, administered, and secured networks, databases, applications, and websites, and I regularly use SQL, .NET, and VBA for data tools and system queries. I have led system enhancements, vendor evaluations, and budgeting to ensure projects deliver long-term value.
