What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a stable place to grow and thrive where I can own secure system and network reliability, strengthen compliance, and automate installs and security tasks—while supporting internal and external customers as a trusted IT leader.

I’m a System Administrator with a long track record spanning entry-level work beginning in 2001 and progressing to Service Manager with an MSP. I provide excellent IT support to both internal and external customers, and I work closely with teams to solve complex issues reliably.

I specialize in Windows Server and Linux server administration, network administration, and firewall/router/switch and wireless environments. I’ve designed and implemented Active Directory, VPNs (remote access and site-to-site), VoIP solutions (FreePBX/Asterisk, GoTo Cloud PBX), virtual machines, and Office365 setups—while also supporting security compliance based on California Department of Justice standards and HIPPA.
