Proven track record of providing level two application-related support, handling software problems, and escalating support tickets to respective programmers and vendors.
Skilled in test strategy, planning, scripting, execution, reporting, and root cause analysis. Proficient in a range of tools and technologies, including LMS, CBS, Newgen, ServiceDesk, Oracle, Postman API, and Selenium WebDriver.
Strong understanding of banking applications, including Ebix-Cash, Oracle Flex-Cube, and IBPS Newgen. Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of new releases and patches.
