In my current role as Operations Lead– Royal Dutch Shell PLC (March 2014 – Present), I perform activities including Process Evaluation, Performance Measurement, Reporting and Communication, Project Management, Continuous Improvement, Forecasting and Planning, and Logistics. I’m a results-driven operations analyst who turns operational data into clear insights and measurable outcomes.

I manage end-to-end work on the OSIsoft PI application in Downstream, including creating tags and converting them to system readable formats, configuring PI servers, and using Processbook and Datalink. I also strengthen my capability with certifications including Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft Power BI, and Salesforce, plus tools like Service Now and SQL-focused development.
