At EF Corporate Learning, I managed 70+ international B2B accounts across Europe, Asia and Latin America, guiding customers from onboarding and implementation through renewals and account growth.

I drove expansion and renewals across an approximately £1.5M commercial pipeline, exceeding sales and retention targets for two consecutive years. I build trusted relationships with HR, Learning & Development and executive stakeholders.

Previously at Hult EF Corporate Education, I generated qualified opportunities through cold calling, email cadences and LinkedIn outreach, using Salesforce and Salesloft to manage prospect engagement. My earlier research roles with CYIS, the United Nations ECLAC and China Policy strengthened my ability to work across international markets and complex stakeholder groups.

I enjoy working where technology, customer relationships and business growth meet. After travelling independently across Southeast Asia, I bring strengthened cross-cultural communication, adaptability and an interest in the APAC market.
