I'm looking to lead operations and cross-functional project delivery, improving processes, coordinating stakeholders, and bringing complex product or service initiatives to execution.

I redesign operational workflows and drive project execution across service businesses and direct-to-consumer products. At Lozano Estudio, I reduced appraisal turnaround times from 30–60 days to under 20 days while increasing weekly production from 8 to 15 appraisals.

I built KPI and capacity-tracking systems for a six-person team, automated client intake with Claude AI, strengthened accounts-receivable follow-up, and helped launch three new service lines. My process improvements also contributed to a 3× increase in project volume from an existing client.
