I’m a senior Business Operations & Program leader with 7+ years delivering cross-functional initiatives across fintech, mobility, public health, and marketing. I build and improve business-critical operations from the ground up—translating complex needs into scalable processes, structured workflows, and measurable outcomes.

In my current role, I lead end-to-end program delivery across Operations, Finance, HR, and Customer Experience, partnering directly with country leadership on scoping, prioritization, and execution. I’m the primary point of contact for senior leadership on program status, roadmaps, and blockers, while staying hands-on in process design and improvement. I manage a small team while running ~50 concurrent initiatives and tracking KPI adoption and impact.

I’ve shipped high-impact automation and data programs that eliminate manual work and centralize fragmented information. I designed and delivered a vehicle damage recovery program (~1000 cases/month) with standardized intake, multi-step approvals, automated customer documentation, and legally-valid e-signature routing—replacing a paper-based process and eliminating ~200 hours/month of manual handling. I also owned fleet maintenance programs for ~800 vehicles and 7 suppliers with full traceability and operational KPIs through intake-to-invoice reconciliation, plus credit bureau monthly reporting that replaced ~90 hours/month of manual work.

Earlier, I strengthened analytics and automation through SQL/Tableau work, logistics-regression conversion modeling, and report automation that reduced ~200 hours/month. I’ve also built self-hosted internal tools and AI-assisted workflows (Python, Django, n8n, Playwright, structured PDF extraction) that support practical decision-making and cleaner data pipelines.
