What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead operational turnarounds and market expansion while building AI-powered tooling that automates internal workflows. I want cross-functional ownership of KPIs, dashboards, and repeatable systems that make teams run without constant founder effort.

I’m a fractional operations advisor who helps messy, fast-scaling companies run without their founders. I take end-to-end mandates across operational turnarounds, market expansion, and AI-powered tooling that automates the work itself, across construction, agriculture, healthcare, and AI products.

Recently, as Head of Operations, I restructured and reactivated a stagnant construction business, increasing EMC Group revenue 15x in under 2 years. I’ve also led cross-functional teams of 60+ people across 25+ locations, implementing process improvements and KPI dashboards tracking project progress, resource utilization, and financial performance.

I build the systems and the tooling: I launched the Sasha AI platform, managing a technical team of 8 and serving as a liaison between engineering and business stakeholders. I’ve also built AI tooling and automation platforms from scratch (including APIs and workflow automation), and scaled an agricultural export business from zero to $10M+ USD across 10+ international markets within 2 years.
