What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can drive end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement while contributing process accuracy. I want a challenging environment that rewards learning, creativity, and growth for both me and the organization.

I’m an HR Manager with experience in planning job requirements, recruiting new talent, and guiding candidates through interviewing and selection. I also lead onboarding through orientation, training, and documentation so employees ramp up quickly and stay engaged.

In my HR roles, I focus on employee retention by serving as a link between management and employees—running employee engagement activities, conducting one to one meetings, addressing grievances, and preparing reports. I also handle exit interviews and recommend changes, and I organize cultural activities to strengthen workplace connection.

Before HR, I worked in operations and trade services, handling letter of credits, processing issuances and export payments for far eastern markets, and negotiating export bill collection documents. I bring a highly organized, fast-learning approach with strong analytical aptitude, supported by an MBA in HR and technical proficiency with MS Office/Outlook, Open Office, and Oracle 9i.
