I’m looking for a senior HR role where I can lead end-to-end HR operations—employee relations, payroll coordination, PMS, and hiring—while driving compliant, people-centric improvements that strengthen engagement and retention.

I’m a dynamic HR professional with 8+ years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition, payroll processing, onboarding, performance management, training coordination, and HR administration across IT and corporate environments. I manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes with a strong focus on employee experience, compliance, and smooth day-to-day HR execution.

I provide HR advisory support on attendance and leave management, workplace conduct, grievances, compensation, and HR policies. I’m known for streamlining HR operations, maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, and delivering HR MIS reports, organizational charts, and documentation that teams can rely on.

I coordinate organization-wide Performance Management System (PMS) activities, including appraisal coordination, review tracking, and employee communication. I also support recruiting through sourcing coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding, offer documentation, and background verification, while coordinating with payroll teams for timely salary processing.

I partner with managers and department heads for workforce planning, employee concerns, and HR process implementation. I also coordinate training and development initiatives, employee engagement initiatives (HR events, wellness activities, and recognition programs), and HR policy/SOP implementation—always acting as a point of contact for timely resolution of HR-related issues.
