What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead digital product discovery and end-to-end delivery, using customer insights, analytics, AI-enabled workflows, and cross-functional collaboration to improve user experience, conversion, and revenue.

I'm currently building global B2B ecommerce products at Solveda LLC, leading discovery for onboarding, partner management, checkout, and quote creation.

I own feature delivery from discovery through launch, translating customer needs into BRDs, FSDs, process flows, wireframes, backlog priorities, UAT plans, and release readiness. My work improved requirement clarity and reduced development rework by 30%.

I use GTM, Mixpanel, and product-level customer insights to improve user experience, conversion, and revenue. I've also trained custom Document AI processors and integrated OCR to reduce turnaround time for new customers.

Earlier, I owned product backlogs and sprint execution at Netsmartz while building Magento modules and analytics instrumentation. My development background spans Magento, WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, AngularJS, NodeJS, APIs, and mobile commerce workflows.
