At Hays Business Solutions, I lead the Learning & Development function and align enterprise learning strategy with business priorities. I’ve developed learning resources and facilitated leadership, behavioural and professional development programmes.
I coach senior leaders using behavioural science and Predictive Index insights, and deliver capability initiatives for people managers. I also led Microsoft Copilot adoption through awareness sessions, learning resources and enablement campaigns.
Previously, I supported regional learning programmes at FedEx and delivered behavioural and functional learning at R1 RCM. My certifications include Predictive Index Talent Optimizer and CPD Certified Cognitive Behavioural Coach.
