I'm looking to lead enterprise learning, assessment, and capability transformation where I can partner with senior leaders, build scalable global ecosystems, and connect workforce readiness to measurable business impact.

I lead PwC’s Transforming Client Communications Center of Excellence, shaping language and professional capability transformation for 50,000+ professionals across six countries. I establish operating models, assessment ecosystems, learning pathways, vendor governance, quality frameworks, and data standards that connect capability strategy to workforce readiness.

Previously, I led communication, assessment, and L&D initiatives at HSBC across Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Across consulting and enterprise roles, I’ve influenced learning for 1.4 million learners, delivered 700+ hours of executive coaching, led 15,000+ hours of live training, and built measurable interventions that improved proficiency, onboarding, engagement, revenue, and NPS.
