What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead learning operations, LMS administration, capability development, and quality initiatives where I can build scalable learning frameworks, partner with stakeholders, and improve employee performance.

At Infosearch BPO Services, I launched an LMS for a key Australian client’s 30+ franchisees and expanded the role into building the organization’s L&D function. I manage learning strategy, curriculum design, training delivery, learner reporting, compliance tracking, learning analytics, and quality improvement.

Previously, I independently led L&D for Navia Markets Ltd.’s 100+ employees, establishing learning frameworks, onboarding, LMS administration, and capability programs from the ground up. I also design technical, behavioral, leadership, and customer-service training while partnering with stakeholders to close performance gaps through coaching and targeted learning solutions.
