I’m looking for a growth role where I can own activation, onboarding, and GTM systems end-to-end in fintech/crypto—pairing analytics with cross-functional product, engineering, and compliance work to drive measurable revenue.

I’m a growth operator specialising in activation and lifecycle systems in high-friction, regulated environments. I partner with product, engineering, and commercial teams to embed growth directly into product journeys, turning user drop-off into active, revenue-generating customers.

Across fintech, trading platforms, and digital products, I own end-to-end go-to-market and onboarding strategies—especially where onboarding, KYC, and compliance directly impact acquisition and revenue. At Matteniche Group, I led growth architecture and revenue conversion across five regulated platforms (FX, crypto, and proprietary trading), improving activation by 15% and funded-account conversion by 10–20% through onboarding logic and segmentation aligned to real trading behaviour.

I also build integrated growth systems across data, lifecycle, product, and revenue operations—using A/B testing, funnel and CVR analysis, and performance dashboards, from automated Telegram messaging to partner-led acquisition.
