What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and scale AI-powered, data-informed products that solve complex operational problems, working closely with engineering, business, and customers to deliver measurable outcomes.

Damandeep Singh | Product Builder

Six years building products across logistics, payments and AI, finishing an MBA at Singapore Management University.

What I have done:

• Early product hire at Fretron, a B2B logistics SaaS. Helped scale it from 15 to 100 people and US$2M ARR.

• Led the INR 6 Cr (~US$0.7M) CJ Darcl programme moving ~2,500 employees from SAP to our TMS. 20 modules, 4 months early, ~US$1.1M a year saved in SAP licences.

• Built fleet fuel-card payments with risk and fraud controls, reaching ~150,000 monthly active cards.

• Built an AI agent at ShopBack that cut merchant onboarding from several weeks to 7 days.

• Co-founded a logistics startup at 21.

How I work: hands-on with engineers and cross-functional teams, credible with business leaders, industry-agnostic.
