What I'm looking for

I'm seeking analytical roles where I can apply cross-functional technical and business acumen, expand my expertise in AI-driven process optimization, improve efficiency and customer experience, and drive innovation.

At FedEx, I lead digital customer experiences across APAC and AMEA, including customs-clearance payments, social-channel shipment notifications, and retail integration modernization.

I launched duty-and-tax payments in nine APAC markets and deployed WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, WeChat, and LINE notifications with automated self-service support. I also helped cut template-change lead time from 4–6 months to 1–2 days and increased retail-partner onboarding from 1–2 to 6–7 partners per year.

Previously, I delivered a modular e-commerce portal at DHL eCommerce Solution and translated payment-portal requirements into secure, PCI-compliant solutions at Nettium. My work spans user journeys, functional specifications, API contracts, UAT, and post-launch improvement.

I also bring hands-on Java development and production-support experience from Inventech Solution and Huawei, where I supported a real-time online charging platform for Maxis. I'm now focused on applying my technical and business background to AI-driven process optimization and analytical roles.
