Client Services and Customer Service Representative delivering exceptional customer experiences through ownership and problem solving.
What I'm looking for
I’m a multi skilled, reliable Client Services Representative with a proven ability to take ownership of my actions and deliver exceptional customer experiences. I handle enquiries, resolve issues, and build positive customer relationships with professionalism and care.
At Woolworths, I managed customer interactions across phone, email, and in-person, handling complaints and finding solutions and alternatives to meet customer needs. I collaborated with my team to resolve complex issues, used product knowledge to make recommendations, and consistently worked toward customer satisfaction goals.
Earlier in my career, I supported community access to information as an Assistant Librarian through EPWP contracts, assisting patrons with research and database navigation, maintaining organised collections, and contributing to children’s and adult programming and events. I also handled repair and maintenance work such as book binding and cover repair to ensure materials stayed usable and well protected.
I’ve also worked as a Data Capturer for housing project records, maintaining accurate client and property data and using data management software to ensure efficient, high-integrity data entry. I’m a fast learner who communicates clearly and effectively with people from all social and professional backgrounds.
