@lakeishawilliams
Detail‑oriented and people‑focused, I bring admin, service, and legal skills to support teams and create positive client experiences.
What I'm looking for
I am a motivated and detail‑oriented professional with a strong background in customer service, administration, and client engagement. Through my experience as a bookseller at Exclusive Books, I developed excellent skills in customer support, financial record‑keeping, and day‑to‑day administration, while consistently delivering a positive client experience.
In addition, my role as a peer facilitator at university allowed me to strengthen my communication, organizational, and leadership abilities, guiding students through complex systems and ensuring they felt supported. These experiences have taught me how to manage tasks efficiently, solve problems under pressure, and maintain professionalism in fast‑paced environments.
I bring to the table a combination of strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with people from diverse backgrounds. I thrive in roles where I can keep operations running smoothly, support teams, and provide excellent service to clients or colleagues.
My goal is to contribute to a dynamic organization in an administrative or customer service capacity, where I can apply my skills to improve efficiency, strengthen client relationships, and add value through reliability and professionalism.
