I am a committed Customer Service Representative with over two years of experience in call center environments. My journey began at CCI South Africa, where I honed my skills in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong foundation in customer service, having also worked as a cashier at Checkmart and Game. My experience in these roles has equipped me with the ability to operate cash registers accurately and assist customers with their purchases, returns, and refunds. I have a keen eye for detail and am dedicated to maintaining high standards of service.
