I’m a Customer Success and Client Experience professional with 8+ years of experience supporting international clients across travel consulting, business development, and remote service delivery. I manage end-to-end customer journeys—onboarding, booking support, issue resolution, and ongoing client relationship management—while staying responsive, accurate, and focused on service quality.
