What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer service role where I can resolve order status and shipping questions, handle calls professionally, and bring customer feedback forward to help improve support.

I’ve built my career around direct, hands-on customer and client support—inspecting and packaging car parts for Ford, assisting clients with disabilities, and working as a Customer Service Representative handling real-time customer needs.

In my customer service role, I provide feedback and customer complaints back to the manager, resolve order status inquiries, and share shipping information.
