I’m a customer service professional focused on putting service and solutions first. In my call center/customer service role (2021–Present), I answer incoming calls, manage and resolve customer complaints, identify and escalate issues, and provide clear product and service information. I also sell products, upsell products and services, take customer orders, and use a POS system with accurate cash handling.

Earlier, I strengthened my front-line hospitality skills as a Front Desk/Night Auditor, where I checked in guests, provided quality customer service, balanced cash drawers, enrolled guests into a member program, and refreshed systems for the new day. I’ve also worked as a Sales Associate/Cashier, stocking inventory, documenting inventory, assisting customers with product inquiries and hair piece adjustments, and keeping a clean workspace. I’m a fast learner who can work quickly and efficiently with a group or on my own, and I’m proud of my calm, customer-first approach.
