I've built Brim Labs from a two-person startup into a 55+ person team that delivered 80+ products for startups and funded companies, primarily in the US. As Co-Founder and COO, I operated across technology, delivery, people, and business growth.

I owned Brim Labs' B2B revenue cycle end to end—from positioning and outbound to closing and account growth—with $35k to $150k average deal sizes. I also built and led an eight-person business development and sales team and the operating processes behind lead generation, onboarding, and client delivery.

Our work included building Flexnest's Flextrainer Plus platform and app, alongside products for SafeGold, SuperBetter, Debbie, GoAudits, AetherLab, Fintor, and others across fintech, health, AI, and regulated industries.

I'm now co-building BeyondB, helping ambitious brands connect technology, GTM, distribution, growth, and AI visibility. I also founded The German District, growing India's largest Skoda and Volkswagen owners' community to 4,000+ members and 1,000+ active platform users in under eight weeks.
