I’m looking for a role where I own revenue and operations, build execution systems (SOPs + automation + data), and lead cross-functional teams to scale fast in a high-ambiguity environment.

I’m an executive operations leader with 15 years of experience driving revenue ownership, execution systems, and team leadership—especially in services businesses where ambiguity is high and outcomes must be consistent. I build playbooks, automate workflows, and create SOP-driven delivery so teams can scale without losing quality.

As Business Head (General Manager) for an IIT JEE/NEET coaching business, I led revenue, operations, and recruitment across offline, online, and hybrid formats. I generated ₹47L+ revenue in the first 45 days by building a multi-channel acquisition system, then stabilized the student experience through SOP-driven onboarding and service delivery. I also scaled capacity quickly—hiring 30+ freelancers and 10+ full-time employees in 2 months—and led a 15-member cross-functional team across recruitment, marketing, content, and operations.

At Colosseum Consulting, I owned the 0→1 setup for fractional CXO hiring and led LoBs across operations, business development, process design, automation, and data. I designed a cold outbound email acquisition channel targeting funded startup founders and used process automation and AI to improve recruiter productivity, resulting in a 4–6x increase in closure rates across mandates. I also built automation-led sourcing systems using LinkedIn scraping tools and structured data workflows, while owning end-to-end delivery for complex searches.

Earlier, as Founder & Fitness Coach, I ran end-to-end growth with full ownership of acquisition, sales, delivery, and client retention—managing P&L and unit economics while scaling repeatable systems. I built a full-funnel model (ads/inbound → WhatsApp sales → onboarding → retention) that drove LTV to 5–6x of AOV and improved retention by 2–3x with high-touch check-ins and structured accountability. I’ve also delivered strong outcomes in engagement, consulting, and recruitment roles by aligning stakeholders and systemizing execution to consistently hit targets.
