At Mentoria, I own a counsellor training and certification vertical with INR 1.37 Cr in revenue, up 55% YoY, while debt is down about 25%. I co-led revenue growth with the sales partner and built the certification framework from scratch.
I run pre-sales, operations and programme delivery with a team of 10. Our orientation funnel brings in 3,200+ attendees a year, and I automated scheduling, onboarding, quality assurance and high-volume communications using WhatsApp automation and AI tools.
In the founders' office, I onboarded 350+ subject matter experts at zero cost and helped turn their webinars into a content library on YouTube and the Mentoria platform. I also run a three-day retreat for 60+ counsellorpreneurs and am open to remote, India-based and international roles.
