At Diaspark, I owned full-cycle U.S. technical recruiting across engineering, cloud, data, and Salesforce roles, managing 8+ concurrent requisitions and generating 15 to 20 submissions each month.

I closed 4 to 5 hires per month and maintained a 1 to 3 business-day turnaround from requirement intake to first qualified submission. As sole owner of immigration-track hiring, I closed 36 H-1B transfers at 1.3x of target while coordinating Form I-9, LCA, PAF, and onboarding requirements.

I partner directly with hiring managers to calibrate requirements, share market realities, and build pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-Ray search, job boards, referrals, and passive outreach. I keep candidates informed from first conversation through offer acceptance and start-date planning.

Earlier, I supported U.S. and Australian insurance operations at Allstate and WNS, resolving high-volume claims, managing escalations across time zones, and mentoring teammates on process, compliance, and customer communication.
