I am seeking roles that let me apply I-O psychology and analytics to lead change, improve employee experience, and measure organizational impact.

I am a Senior People Scientist with a Ph.D. in Industrial–Organizational Psychology who translates workforce data, employee feedback, and operational insights into strategic improvements that drive engagement and performance.

I have led enterprise organizational change management and workforce strategy initiatives, designed listening programs and surveys, and built dashboards and adoption metrics to measure business impact across large-scale process and technology implementations.
