What I'm looking for

I'm looking to use mixed-methods research, workforce analytics, and evidence-based decision-making to shape better programs, tools, and experiences for the people they serve.

At HumRRO, I led mixed-methods studies for organizations including the International Coaching Federation, translating interviews, surveys, focus groups, and quantitative analysis into evidence-based competency models. I also built an end-to-end R analysis pipeline for the Foreign Service Officer Test and trained more than 100 subject matter experts on interviewing, assessment development, and reducing bias.

At the National Institutes of Health, I integrated workforce data across four HR systems representing approximately 20,000 employees and built dashboards to support talent decisions. My background in industrial/organizational psychology and data science helps me connect rigorous research with better programs, tools, and experiences.
