What I'm looking for

I'm motivated by opportunities to help organizations build stronger leaders, systems, and communities.

At the State Bar of Michigan, I built and led the research and analytics function, replacing months of manual reporting with automated pipelines others could run. I automated the annual membership demographics report and built a Lawyer Referral Service KPI dashboard connecting geospatial data to service performance.

At Michigan State University, I led a longitudinal study of career resilience among 1,400 COVID-19 contact tracers across seven time points. I also designed social-network surveys and automated a 360-degree leadership-feedback reporting system for MBA teams; at Colorado State University, I taught Strategic HRM topics including HR metrics and analytics.
