I've supported patients and clinical teams at Wellfield Health Centre in Rochdale as a Medical Receptionist, handling telephone queries, appointment booking, medication requests, and front-desk reception.

I work with EMIS and Docman to manage tasks from clinicians and colleagues, process requests, print test requests, and keep reception and clinical spaces organised. I follow practice policies and procedures while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and clear communication.

At the British Heart Foundation in Ashton-under-Lyne, I volunteered in customer service and inventory work, including stock counts, labelling, and maintaining sales and inventory records. I enjoy working as part of a team to keep daily operations running smoothly.

I've built my knowledge through an Access to HE Diploma in Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Professions, alongside customer service, ICT, and early-years education training.
