What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a patient-facing administration/reception role where I can keep pathways running smoothly, communicate clearly with patients and clinicians, and use my scheduling, data-entry, and confidentiality skills to support an organized, supportive team.

I bring strong, customer-facing administration experience across clinical and retail environments, with a focus on excellent communication, a proactive, can-do mindset, and delivering high-quality service under pressure. In endoscopy roles, I manage fast-track pathways end-to-end—expediting 2ww referrals, processing patient enquiries, and ensuring accurate, timely data entry for waiting lists and documentation.

Most recently, I’ve worked as an Administration Assistant/Receptionist supporting IOW Endoscopy, where I implement validated E-referrals from ECL to PAS waiting lists, coordinate patient transport, and schedule pre-assessments via phone, face-to-face, or postal communication. I also provide reception coverage, handle calls from patients and clinicians, manage cancellations and rebooking to minimize disruption, and use systems such as PAS, E-CareLogic, Microsoft Word, and the Envoy text messaging service to keep information moving.
