At Humanus Global Private Limited, I build and customize ServiceNow applications that streamline incident, problem, change, request, catalog, and knowledge management processes.
I create workflow automation with Flow Designer and Workflow Editor, develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and ACLs, and use JavaScript and Glide APIs for server-side and client-side logic. I also develop REST integrations, manage imports through Import Sets and Transform Maps, and work with CMDB configuration items and CI relationships.
I support requirements analysis through deployment and production support, resolving defects and incidents within SLA requirements. I work with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver secure, maintainable, and scalable ServiceNow solutions.
