Configured NOW Mobile list and form screens, data sections, functions, UI parameters, input variables, related lists, and mobile actions. Customized mobile behavior for work orders and work order tasks using scripting and UI policies, including field visibility and auto-population.

Configured scripts for work orders and work order tasks and supported customized scheduling in Dispatcher Workspace. Implemented location-based work-order-task assignment and bundling logic to support field-service scheduling.

Delivered record producers, variables, variable sets, catalog scripts and UI policies, lifecycle activities, journeys, and HR service configurations. Configured COE security policies, HR assignment rules, document templates, HR Agent Workspace, custom tables, ACLs, flows, and notifications.

Built custom applications with tables, fields, forms, related lists, client/server scripting, catalog items, order guides, roles, groups, and ACLs. Developed REST and Scripted REST API integrations, migrated customizations across instances, and resolved incidents through root-cause investigation.
