I’m a results-driven IT leader and Senior Program Manager with 20+ years directing complex, cross-functional technology initiatives, product operations, and enterprise systems integration. As Director of IT, I provide executive oversight for IT and pre-engineering programs—aligning strategy with institutional goals, compliance frameworks, and industry trends.

I’ve managed long-range operational planning and multi-department budgets, negotiated high-value articulation and transfer agreements, and led institutional compliance for CAECD designation with strict curriculum alignment and multi-agency reporting. Previously, I served as a Software System Administrator managing Ellucian Colleague/Banner ERP infrastructure, leading upgrades and designing SQL/MS SQL Server and Power BI reporting for real-time executive metrics; earlier, I led CMMI/Six Sigma projects in globally distributed delivery and built automation and analytics solutions as a Programmer Analyst.
