At Skillsoft, I own 350–400 accounts annually and delivered 124% NRR through proactive engagement, platform migrations, adoption, win-backs, and renewal cycles. I led migrations across 45% of my assigned customer base while protecting recurring revenue and uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Previously at Progress and Trellix, I managed high-volume account books, delivered 106% NRR and 135%+ quota attainment, and drove retention, reinstatement, multi-year renewals, and expansion. I also closed a $75K win-back and a $50K SMB expansion.

I build multi-threaded executive relationships, lead QBRs and commercial conversations, and turn usage insights and customer-health signals into practical retention and growth plans. Earlier, I managed and coached a five-person sales team while owning the full revenue lifecycle for PaaS solutions.
