I’m a hospitality graduate with experience in restaurant and hotel operations, where I handle busy environments, coordinate with teams, and keep service running smoothly. I manage guest check-in and check-out, reservations, and customer inquiries while maintaining accurate guest records and billing tasks.

In my Front Desk Officer role, I coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to support seamless operations. I’m comfortable handling payments and learning new systems quickly, and I stay organized to deliver consistent service quality under pressure.

Before that, I supervised service staff during events and functions, coordinating team tasks and handling guest concerns to protect service standards. Earlier, as a Waiter, I managed multiple orders during peak hours with accuracy, coordinated with kitchen staff for timely service, and maintained cleanliness and service standards.

I also bring training experience as a Computer Instructor, where I taught basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point) and supported simple data entry and document tasks. I’m now interested in moving into travel operations and coordination, with a focus on accuracy and an organized workflow.
