What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a challenging, dynamic role where I can transition my hospitality strengths into business outcomes—cost control, customer handling, and team leadership—while continuously upgrading my skills and adding value to the organization.

I am a hospitality professional who recently completed my study in the business sector. I want to modify my skills from hospitality to business, while performing in a challenging and dynamic environment with honest, dedicated work using proper plans and procedures.

As a Banquet supervisor, I work as a hall supervisor and in charge simultaneously, managing overall service from “groot level to high level.” I also lead dining teams, gain opportunities to track inventories and support cost control, handle customers under pressure, and mobilize human resources by allocating duties and responsibilities.
