I’m a motivated, detail-oriented professional with a background in Business Studies and strong administrative and customer service skills. I handle front desk operations, manage communication and inquiries, and support office coordination with a clean, organized reception experience.

In my recent roles as Admin Officer Assistant, Front Desk Officer, and my current Receptionist position, I’ve managed call handling, appointments and scheduling, record keeping, and documentation. I’m confident using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and bring strong time management, multitasking, problem-solving, and relationship-building to every interaction.
