With an associate degree in business science and a strong background in customer service, I am confident in my ability to excel in a remote career. My experience as a Customer Experience Agent and Food Service Manager has taught me the importance of exceptional organizational skills, time management, and team leadership.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Science with a focus on Healthcare Management and expect to graduate in December 2024. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and have a strong understanding of HIPAA Privacy Rules and medical terminology.
