I am an aspiring HR professional pursuing a BBA (Hons) in HRM at the University of Jaffna, with practical experience from internships at the National Water Supply & Drainage Board and the Department of Cultural Affairs. I founded LS Resin Crafts where I independently handled product design, production, marketing, and sales, demonstrating initiative and small-business operational skills.
