What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR role where I can support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliant day-to-day HR operations while continuing to grow my business management knowledge.

I've supported HR operations at Maya Engineering and Construction and Glitz Park, managing recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records, HR documentation, and staff inquiries.

I help keep day-to-day HR processes accurate, confidential, and aligned with company policies, including payroll preparation, attendance information, reporting, training support, and employee relations. I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management at the University of Colombo.
