I am a dedicated and results-driven Human Resource professional with a Bachelor of Management (Hons) degree in Human Resource Management. My experience as a Content Creator has honed my writing skills, allowing me to craft engaging blogs, articles, and marketing content that resonate with audiences. I am passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and streamlining HR processes to support organizational success.

During my internship at the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology, I gained hands-on experience in various HR functions, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and employee onboarding. I collaborated with the HR team to enhance HRIS processes and maintain accurate data management for compliance and reporting.
